How can I book the cruise?

Check out the Booking Information page!  Its VERY important that you book through Julia, our travel agent, as she will be the one coordinating for us to be in the wedding events together, getting us the group rates, and helping coordinate a variety of other benefits. Plus, she's awesome. On the Booking Information page there's a button that brings up a form. Fill in your info, and Julia will get back to you shortly.

Do I have to book through Julia?

Yes. In order to ensure everyone is able to attend our wedding and be apart of any festivities planned we need everyone to book through Julia.

When should I book by?

We recommend to book ASAP to get the rooms you want. We have some rooms types on hold, but those are on a first come first serve basis. Five person rooms and connecting rooms may sell out if you wait too long. Our group room rate expires in January. Also, your booking helps us get a headcount for the ceremony so think of it as your RSVP.

What are the group rates?

These rates are being held till January. All rates below are per person and for double occupancies. 3rd, 4th, 5th person in the room pay only port fees and taxes. See the other FAQ entries for what is and isn't included in this rate.

$905/pp - Ocean midship balcony

Question 5

What is included in the cruise price?

Your stateroom, housekeeping, food (not including specialty dining), activities/entertainment, basic drinks (tap water, juices, milk, coffee/tea), kids club, gym, ice cream, numerous lounges, private island experience, and a well deserved vacation!

What is NOT included?

Alcoholic drinks, sodas, smoothies/shakes, WiFi, Gratuities, Shore Excursions, Travel Insurance, Speciality Dining, Spa Services/Salon, Professional Photos, Laundry Service, Gambling, Arcade Games

When is deposit and final payment due?

Deposit will be due at the time of booking. The deposits are $100 per person or %10 of a suite if that's what you booked. Final payment will be due February 20, 2027.

Do I have to pay for the cruise upfront?

No just the deposit is due at the time of booking. We can set up payment plans for anyone interested to help with the cost. All cruise payments must be complete by final payment. But if you choose to add drink packages, excursions, internet, ect... these all can be booked up until 3 days before the cruise.

Are children allowed?

We would love for everyone to join us. Our date even allows for kids 12 and under to sail nearly FREE!

Question 10

Can anyone not on the invite come on the cruise?

Sure! If you would like to have a friend join the cruise they are more than welcome to. We ask that you please confirm with Julia so she can help with arrangements. We just ask anyone not on the original invite to please find a spot on the ship to hangout at during the ceremony and reception.

What is the dress code?

For the ceremony attire... I'll get back to you on this. Its on the beach in the morning and we want you to go enjoy your day afterwards before we meet up at night for a reception. I heard theres lots of places to change but we still want you to be comfortable. I'll update this when I learn more.

For the reception, I am hoping it lines up with the cruise formal night anyway, but I am not sure yet. TBD here too.

For the rest of the cruise, its your vacation! Wear what you're comfortable with.

How long is the ceremony? What about the reception?

The beach ceremony is about 30 minutes. For the reception - TBD as we confirm plans.

NO GIFTS PLEASE!

How do we get to the cruise terminal?

Cruise is sailing out of Port Miami. You can visit its site HERE for more information.

I am still looking into shuttles, etc. as I hear traffic may be a problem some days. More detail to follow.

What documents do I need for the trip?

If you are a U.S. citizen and born in the  U.S. then you can either use a passport or if you don't have a passport you can use your original birth certificate and photo ID.
